​​This role is based in Queenstown with some travel to Wanaka.

​In this full-time position, you'll play a key part at the heart of our business — keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly, from coordinating our teams in the field through to supporting the business at a strategic level.

​

You'll work closely with the Directors, our technicians, and our clients to ensure work is delivered efficiently and to the high standard our customers expect.

This is a hands-on, varied role that offers plenty of scope and the chance to really make it your own.

What We're Looking For:​

• Previous experience scheduling work and assigning tasks to staff 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Xero

• Experience using a job software programme (Fergus experience a bonus)

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• A natural communicator who enjoys supporting a team

• Someone who brings initiative, a sense of humour, and a flexible, can-do mindset to work every day
